Many different types of guitar abound today, but many individuals prefer playing on a relic guitar. The relic guitars of today may look exactly like their counterparts from all those years ago, but they are constructed from modern materials instead. They’re often no more expensive than modern guitars, although some custom guitars can be fairly dear. These guitars are made to appear older by means of a relicing process which basically adds scratches and blemishes to give it an authentic look. However, even though they look older, these guitars play and sound like modern guitars, and they’ll last for years.
Many companies supply and make retro relic guitars One of the most famous is Fender. Some of the top relic guitars are made by them. Nash Guitars are another brand that manufactures this type of guitar. The owner builds the guitars himself and them sells them on. Some companies will even take a modern guitar from a client and relic it.
