Released on: 11/2/2011,

Recorded at: Cove Studios (New York) and Henson Recording (Los Angeles).

Length of this song is given below:
3:51 (Single Version w/ Pitbull)
3:40 (Single Version w/o Pitbull)
4:44 (Album version)

It is labeled under “Island”,

And the Writers are as follows:
Bilal Hajji,
Kinda Hamid,
Gonzalo Hermosa,
Ulises Hermosa,
Achraf Janussi,
Nadir Khayat,
Armando Perez,
Geraldo Sandell

It fall’s under the genre of:
Dance-pop,
Electro pop,
Electro house.

It is produced by RedOne.

TAJ Stansberry directed this video.

Frank Gatson choreographed this video.

Description:
The entire song is taken in the night time, It starts with the little smoke,Behind that, look at the chrome black color painted luxurious BMW before taking a look at the hot jlo.She is still looking hot and nice even at her 41 years age, when she got down from that BMW.

In this Video She played triple roles, One as a aggressive hot dancer and another as a celebrity looking at the club dancers and another dancer in club role, They showed both the characters with the great style, But celebrity jlo is never looking good throughout the video may be the costume and the hair style made it really worse. But the dancer jlo is spectacular with the great style of costume and hair style made her to look marvelous. Now its turn of Pitbull, He started rapping around four hot girls. The third role of jlo came mid in the song and made some serious dance which made others to dance.

While all the three characters are different the song is entirely is entirely co-ordinated with all the three characters along with pitbull.

Throughout the song the three roles are maintained greatly till the end. This song is getting more popular due its beat music and jlo’s rhythmic voice. On the hole its a great pop song probably one the bests of Jennifer Lopez. She made great dance in this song which is pretty extra-ordinary for a 41 years aged woman,She is maintaining her body and stiffness extremely well.

Words by the producer in MTV News:
When asked by MTV News, “What was it like working with Lopez?”, RedOne replied: “Let’s face it: With J.Lo, you have to go big or go home”. He said that to make a song that sounded right for Lopez he would need “dance, parties and her Latina heritage”. Consequently the duo came up with “On the Floor” which also features a rap from Pitbull. Commenting on the studio process, RedOne said, “She’s a dancer. She can sing. I was really amazed, and I had so much fun working with her, her energy and everything about her is a star, and it was natural for me to do what we did.

Hope you enjoyed this article..!

Music fans are getting ripped of at the moment. Seventy nine P might not seem too much to pay for a single track from iTunes but the price soon adds up, with just 10 tracks costing almost eight pounds. An actual physical CD might cost £1 or so dearer in high street retailers but at least it is a physical back up which comes with (hopefully) nice artwork rather than the simple binary make up of a download.

This in addition to the fact that internet surfers are exposed to more music than ever thanks to multiple websites and interfaces means that desktop PC users are turning to programs such as BitTorrent in order to get old classics as well as new music releases into their collections. The hardly post recessive economical climate and increasing costs of fossil fuels means that most do not have an endless budget to dedicate to their love of music.

I would argue that MP3 players like the iPod and Creative ranges act as computer hardware and their large memory capacities encourage owners to collect as much music as possible. Apple is just one of the music vendors that are inadvertently encouraging the very illegal behaviour they would prefer not to occur.

In the UK, the Digital Economy Act (DEA) aims to severely discipline those who take part in constant copyright law breaking. Certain parts of the act have yet to be approved due to concerns regarding privacy. These concerns from the public have gotten in the way of those holding the punishment power to access particular information and PC components making it difficult to enforce the act’s aims.

Music aficionados should not be held responsible for the terrible deal that the music industry offers consumers. Although it would be sensible for the industry to accept that illegal file sharing is always going to occur instead it seems hell bent on punishing the biggest of music fans that actually do put money into the industry via merchandise and tickets for live shows.

Have you ever needed or perhaps considered create your own beats? Do you yet think its challenging job and also technically complicated to create your own beats? Of course there have been times when producing your own music meant luxurious.

Even at present if you want good quality authoritative beats, studio equipment as well as application are gonna break the bank plus the practical aspect of music creation can be overwhelming. However start-up music producers have the choice of beginning their beat producing career using beat producer software like Sonic Producer. Which can be easy, user friendly, feature-rich plus technically easy to comprehend.

Basic technical terminology and expertise of music might be verily utilized in Sonic producer. Although its just a software to create your own beats, it accompanies easy guidelines to technically achieve it with highest productiveness.

Applying several devices can expand a beat. Do not overdo it. But don’t under-cook your cake either! So utilize adequate number of instruments if you create your own beats. Rich instrumental samples combined can add flavor to your own beats in addition to define originality within your very own variety of music.

In general the sole worry you as a newbie producer would likely have when you start to create your own beats isn’t necessarily technical setbacks. Since technical facet of creating beats seem to have been addressed by almost every online beat producer software.
When messing around using chords, its better when you are competent to identify fundamental chords and mixes. While its not essential, you can learn to make your own beats beginning from scratch. Since the training center of Sonic Producer is that good.

Merging and also looping may be mastered on the fly. When you get the hang of creating your own beats, you will love it a lot that the technical knowledge will develop even without you observing it. That’s how addictive beat making is, and that’s an official warning!

So there are certain technical aspects involved, if you want to make your own beats. However the introduction of software like Sonic Producer has given beat producers one less worry. Indepth tutorials, a thorough training center plus a lively community to interact with are just the icing on the cake.

If you combine and bundle every technical element in the right balance, your audience will have no choice but to thoroughly enjoy your music. Number of tracks, volume control and BPM are all equally important in producing your own music. BPM stands for Beats Per Minute.

Online beat producer software such as Sonic producer support downloading of your beats in mp3 format. There is a technical side to not only in making your own beats with the application, but also after you’ve produced the songs. e.g. from downloading your file, sharing your beats and even in marketing your music to potential buyers.

Something is broken when Sony and Universal are suing children. Actually, at least two things are broken: the software that file sharers use, and the record labels’ business model. The current situation can’t be the final answer. And what happened with music is now happening with movies. When the dust settles in 20 years, what will this world look like? What components of it could we start building now?

The answer may be far afield. The answer for the music industry, for example, is probably to give up insisting on payment for recorded music and focus on licensing and live shows.

Whatever the answer be, we are continuing to see a bunch of startups stepping forward to find a solution to this problem by offering free music downloads. Most of them eventually fail, mostly due to the resistance from the label companies to change their business models. Well, why would they do that? Music is a multi-billion dollar industry and label companies don’t want to give up their share of the pie.

Several years ago, the sheer quantity of open challenges to American copyright law created a popular perception that music – old and new alike – was supposed to be free, and “shared” between friends and strangers alike. Upon release of just about any new album (and sometimes even before), full MP3-format tracks appeared on music-sharing services such as Napster and Kazaa, spreading around the world without restriction. People could virtually download free music. Many recording artists were angered by what they felt was mass theft of their music, while others either ignored or embraced the file-sharing.

The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) decided to fight the “music is free” movement, undertaking highly publicized lawsuits on behalf of artists it represented. Services such as Napster were sued for billions of dollars as facilitators of copyright infringement, and either driven out of business or forced into retreat. Subsequently, RIAA lawsuits against individuals shut down large resources of “shared” music, and warned others that swapping smaller quantities of copyrighted content could subject them to similar legal action.

But when it comes to free unlimited downloading of music and songs, mostly in MP3 format, it can be a reality very soon. There are quiet a few music related startups that let you stream unlimited music for monthly fee. But are there any that let you download unlimited songs for a monthly fee? Well, as of now none. But there are quiet few startups that are trying to build a business model that can be profitable for both themselves and the music label companies.

Hopefully, free and unlimited music downloads will a be reality sometime soon.

The Internet has become a very popular for a way of getting music. Many people go online to find songs to download for their phones, or iPods, or MP3 players, or even to make their own CD mixes. The Internet has become an easy way for people to access a lot of music from home.

Podcasts are another way people are sharing their music over the Internet. Podcasts allow musicians to share their music with others. Most times these musicians are small independent groups who are trying to gain publicity and get a larger fan base. This is a great way for these musicians to get their music out there, and hopefully get noticed by the music industry.

Fans also love these Podcasts. The Podcasts allow the musicians and fans to have a closer connection with each other. Fans can give the musicians their feedback on their music. This is also a great way for the musicians to get a better idea of what their fans truly want from them. The musician may get a lot of requests for the same thing, and can know change what ever he needs to in order to make his fans happy. This also allows the musician to gain a loyal fan base.

Read pragmatic tips about the topic of get ex back – make sure to go through the web site. The time has come when proper information is really at your fingertips, use this possibility.

This is part 2 of the history and characteristics of House music.

Electronically-generated sounds and samples of recordings from genres such as jazz, blues, disco, funk, soul and synth pop are often added to the foundation of the drum beat and synth bassline line. House songs may also include disco, soul-style, or gospel vocalisation and additional percussion such as tambourine. Many House mixes also include repeating, short, syncopated, staccato chord loops that are usually composed of 5-7 chords in a 4-beat measure.

Techno and trance, which developed alongside House music, share this basic beat infrastructure, but they usually eschew House’s live-music-influenced feel and Black or Latin music influences in favor of more synthetic sound sources and approach.

The Paradise Garage nightclub in New York was a major influence on the house music scene.
History:

House is a descendant of disco, which blended soul, R&B, funk, with celebratory messages about dancing, love, and sexuality, all underpinned with repetitive arrangements and a steady bass drum beat. Some disco songs incorporated sounds produced with synthesizers and drum machines, and some compositions were entirely electronic; examples include Giorgio Moroder late 1970s productions such as Donna Summer’s hit single “I Feel Love” from 1977, and several early 1980s disco-pop productions by the Hi-NRG group Lime.
House was also influenced by mixing and editing techniques earlier explored by disco DJs, producers, and audio engineers like Walter Gibbons, Tom Moulton, Jim Burgess, Larry Levan, Ron Hardy, M & M and others who produced longer, more repetitive and percussive arrangements of existing disco recordings. Early House producers like Frankie Knuckles created similar compositions from scratch, using samplers, synthesizers, sequencers, and drum machines.

The hypnotic electronic song “On and On”, produced in 1984 by Chicago DJ Jesse Saunders and co-written by Vince Lawrence, had elements that became staples of the early House music sound, such as the 303 bass synthesizer and minimal vocalisation. It is sometimes cited as the ‘first House record’, although other examples from the same time period, such as J.M. Silk’s “Music is the Key” (1985) have also been cited.

This is a list of artists who have worked in house music. This includes artists who have either been very important to the genre or have had a considerable amount of exposure (such as in the case of one that has been on a major label, but not limited to such). This list does not include little-known local artists. Artists are listed by the first letter in their name (not including the words “a”, “an”, or “the”), and individuals are listed by last name.

R&B instrumentals are the basic building blocks for many of today’s popular hip hop beats. The riffs seem to stay in your head for days.

In fact, many tracks sample rnb beats which exposes new audiences to this soulful sound. Of course, there is profit to be made from R&B instrumentals. Just imagine the financial gain if your beat was part of the next hit record. However, there are obstacles to climbing to that level.

First, you will need to record a demo. That project can be daunting task due to the cost involved. Studio time is quite expensive. Then, there are the additional costs of finding and paying vocalists, musicians, and producers. However, there is a cost effective way to produce your own demo.

Consider using music making software which can be downloaded to your PC or MAC. To sound like a professional, you will need three basic modules – 16 bit sequencer, drum pads, and a 4 octave keyboard. Think of the sequencer as a musical canvas with which to build your demo. Make sure that the software includes an adjustable metronome.

You should have the ability to adjust the volume of each track individually. The drum pads are the next vital component. They provide a general baseline for the track. Strings, woodwinds and piano chords can be added with the keyboard. The keyboard allows your cerative juices to really flow. Experiment with your R&B Instrumentals by changing the tempo of each instrument.

When you have completed your project, you must have the ability to export the music in the .wav format. Some software offers the option to export to MP3, which is actually a form of compression. So, your master will have already been compressed before it is even distributed. Look for a 44.1 – 16 bit stero format when exporting. This is the industry standard and produces studio-quality tracks.

If you are considering downloading R&B Instrumentals for your next music project, you need to consider making your own music first. There are numerous pitfalls involved with downloading the work of others artists. You must ensure that the track is royalty-free.

While royalty-free downloads are easy to find, they are often poor quality tracks. In fact, most are just continuous loops of the same rnb beat. Downloadable R&B Instrumentals will be part of the projects of hundreds of musicians (depending on the popularity). Since the goal of music production is originality, downloading the tracks of other singers seems counter-intuitive. You need to be original to be taken seriously in this competitive business.

The most obvious solution is to make your own R&B Instrumentals. But how? In this challenging economy, most asporing artists don’t have thousands to invest in studio time and record production. There is good news. You can use professional level software which includes all the tools needed to make a demo.

To make the best R&B Instrumentals you will need the following tools. A 16 bit sequencer is a must. The sequencer provides the controls for the entire track. You can use it to control the volume of each instrument and vocals.

In order to add instruments like piano chords, strings, woodwinds and brass, you will need a 4-octave keyboard. Make sure an adjustable metronome is part of the package. It adds the “timimg” for your music. Perhaps the most important element is the drum machine. Most rnb beats are memorable because of the driving, booming drums. Try to find software that includes at least 4 drum pads.

When exporting your project, find a solution that offers a .wav format. Forget about those cheezy MP3′s. In case you were not aware, MP3 is itself a form of compression. You certainly don’t want your master to be compressed prior to its first distribution. The .wav format is professional quality sound. Specifically, look for 16 bits and 44.1 HZ.

Finally, look for a provider which is dedicated to helping you distribute your R&B Instrumentals. Most online solutions have contests and allow you to post to their message boards to get the maximum exposure.

R&B Instrumentals – music making software

The hay day for big recording studios is at an end. That is no headline news to most who are familiar with or work in the music industry. It’s tough to ignore the death cries going out when they have become so familiar. Not a year goes by when some large studio doesn’t sink. Declaring lack of income and over saturation in the market as the chief reasons, amongst others. Olympic Studios, the legendary studio used by The Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin, to name a few went down last year. This year doubts over the future of Abbey Road Studios, used by The Beatles, have emerged with a good chance that it too shall sink in the storm. Both based in London, and both huge internationally renowned music studios.

When a small London Recording Studio goes down not many notice, unless you count the indie bands and budding amateur songwriters and singers who cut their demos there. When a huge studio such as those I mentioned above close down questions about the state of the entire industry are asked. And the answer to these questions has become one resounding word: the internet. It has drastically changed the industry since its use became mainstream around the turn of the century.

The internet is an ever-expanding jungle of information. One where if you want something bad enough you can get it, and many times for free. It’s a lawless place, where people, whom live their real lives crime free, can indulge in petty theft without guilt and for the most part no recriminations. The sheer abundance of information makes monitoring the flow virtually impossible. It’s here where the downfall of studios begins.

People download music for free. It’s nothing new. It’s technically theft, but not many consider it that way. What it means though is that the £10 someone might have spent on a CD ten years ago is no longer spent, and therefore no longer paid to the music industry. That, on the widespread scale we’re seeing now, is making the industry far less profitable. The effect of this can be seen on the budgets that record labels have to record albums for their signed artists. They’re considerably smaller then they were previous to internet downloading. Labels are making cut backs to remain in the red, they aren’t spending massive amounts to the London Recording Studio of their choice to record these albums anymore. They just don’t have the money to. These big commercial studios require a large income on a daily basis to remain in operation. They have staff to pay, gear to purchase and maintain, and high rental and utility bills. Without the big money coming from labels anymore big studios can’t operate and profit.

Many predict that all big studios will eventually close down, to be replaced by the emerging market of project and home studios. With them will go all the history of the many classic albums recorded there, along with all the stories of the legendary artists to walk their halls. It’s a sad phenomenon and one everyone should be prepared to prevent. But as long as illegal downloads continue to plague the music industry, big studios don’t stand a chance.

For important information about Free Domain Name – go through the web page. The time has come when proper information is really only one click of your mouse, use this chance.

“A painter paints pictures on canvas. But musicians paint their pictures on silence.”

These words by ‘Leopold Stokowski’ would instantly resonate with anyone having even a smallest liking for music. It’s true, music drives us. It takes away all our worries, sorrows and enables us to see this world in a new light. A new world where life seems to flow and we feel like gliding with the current. This is my personal experience with music. It’s like swimming effortlessly in a gentle stream, shedding away all our differences, worries, responsibilities and being just ourselves for the moment. Relaxing and soothing, such is the magic of music.

“Music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.”- Berthold Auerbach

Tell me,how many times have you felt like listening to a particular song or a piece of music again and again? Many times isn’t it. Yes it is addictive. And it is this addiction which leads us to a state where we forget all our differences and worries for the moment and dive into music. It washes our soul. It cleanses it. It gets us free from the routine, the ‘dust’ of everyday life.

Michael Torke once said, “Why waste money on psychotherapy when you can listen to the B Minor Mass.”

Now even science has been trying to join hands with music. Music therapies, music healing and all types of alternative treatments are now available to the public. Various experiments are now being done on unborn babies by making them listen to a certain type of music in their mother’s womb.

Music is today not only a hobby it has developed into a professional and scientific art.

But apart from all these technological aspects, the aesthetic nature of music cannot be denied. From ages it has been a favourite of lovers and poets alike. The beauty of music is to be felt. It can never be explained with the help of words. As Gustav Mahler put it, “If a composer could say what he had to say in words he would not bother trying to say it in music.”

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow beautifully explains the healing touch of music in ‘The Day Is Done’ as:
“And the night shall be filled with music,
And the cares that infest the day
Shall fold their tents like the Arabs
And as silently steal away.”

These beautiful lines show the power behind music that takes us away in a new dimension, a kind of escape from this world filled with desires. If you look around yourself you will find music in almost anything.

“There’s music in the sighing of a reed;
There’s music in the gushing of a rill;
There’s music in all things, if men had ears:
Their earth is but an echo of the spheres.”
-Lord Byron

The power of music cannot be undermined. You don’t even know and you are being cured by music. It works in the background, with our minds, with our souls. It heals, it cleans our thoughts, our souls. Music sets us free!

It’s a stealer, a silent thief which takes our worldly worries away. And…it has never been caught till day.
